While looking for ways we could contribute to our cities’ futures, we identified issues with existing communication channels that were broken, lacking engagement, and just outdated. We saw too that local governments were lagging behind the commercial sector in digital services. Processes weren’t streamlined nor did they offer a more interactive way to communicate with residents. And it was clearly a struggle to effectively gather information to improve their asset management cycles and provide better services. Read more...
