Digital Marketing Internship

Job Description

The Entrepreneurial World is looking for an enthusiastic digital marketing intern to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. As a digital marketing intern, you will collaborate with other team members in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels.

We base our standards of development for the participants of our programs on the Career Readiness and Competencies from the NACE The National Association of Colleges and Employers. 
 

CAREER READINESS IS THE ATTAINMENT AND DEMONSTRATION OF REQUISITE COMPETENCIES THAT BROADLY PREPARE COLLEGE GRADUATES FOR A SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION INTO THE WORKPLACE.

 

These competencies are:
 

  • Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Exercise sound reasoning to analyze issues, make decisions, and overcome problems. The individual is able to obtain, interpret, and use knowledge, facts, and data in this process, and may demonstrate originality and inventiveness.

  • Oral/Written Communications: Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in written and oral forms to persons inside and outside of the organization. The individual has public speaking skills; is able to express ideas to others; and can write/edit memos, letters, and complex technical reports clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the creation of marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with multiple team members on projects and assignments. 

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

  • Assist in managing social media channels and calendars to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.

  • Communicate with various team members in Latin America and be sensitive to cultural differences.

 

 

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Interest in and experience with a wide range of social media platforms.

  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Junior or Senior pursuing a business degree.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • 3.2 GPA or higher.
