Everyone has to do biannual or annual maintenance and people are either stuck at the dealership or shop and they would have to wait a couple of hours or even a whole day depending on the job. This results in problems such as needing to pay for an uber to get somewhere else or having a friend pick them up or waiting in the lobby and being bored.
