Intro
I am an electrical engineer at Southwest Research Institute. I have a BS in Electrical Engineering and I'm taking this course in pursuit of my Master's in Management of Technology. I served 6 years in the Navy as a nuclear electrician. I hope to gain knowledge in this course to support my future management roles in my career.
Personal Vision
In several years time, I hope to gain more experience as an electrical engineer, task lead, and project manager. In 5 years I hope to lead multiple projects and proposal efforts as I support junior engineers in their careers.
Personal Vision
Building out my network of engineers and senior project managers will be crucial in acheiving my goals. I strive to never be the smartest person in the room. I constantly look for support and network with other engineers in different departments and divisions.
