Every decision I make is an interaction with my future self. I must make decisions for the long term and not only to achieve short-term goals. This will include developing a work-life balance, not being fearful of engaging with people and making connections, learning to listen more and talk less, expand my understanding of the world by meeting new people and learning their customs and cultures, and to seek to live a fulfilled life and bring value to the world through being a positive influence on children
