Intro
My name is Yorgie Garcia, I am a CyberSecurity Engineer for Forcepoint and have been in the Information Technology field for nine years. I have been with this company for two years prior to I was in the United States Army for seven years. I worked in all positions IT related. I enjoy spending time with family and riding my motorcycle or jetski; anything high adrenaline I am there for it.
Personal Vision
I hope to continue building my knowledge and experience to be a subject matter expert in my field. While continuing to build in my current field I hope to be able to transfer this into my next big goal of becoming a respectable Penetration Tester.
Goals
I hope to finish my Masters in Management of Technology this year. In 1-2 years I hope to be in a managerial position relating to my current work of cybersecurity. Lastly, within the next 3-5 years I hope to transition into the Penetration Testing environment and shift my career to a more indepenent contractor status.
