Program Manager
Intro
As a Program Manager in the Defense and Intelligence Solutions Division, provided system engineering, technical leadership, personnel management, project management and business development support to department projects and programs. I am a professional and a mom, juggling the two is difficult and a constant learning process.
Personal Vision
Within the next year I want to advance my understanding of management of technology. I currenlty work with small and big technology projects from start of research to the test and development of the product/service. In the next five years I want to be able to reach a director position and continue my education to acquire a doctors in technology advancements.
Goals
I want to be able to time block my work better in order to give my work a better focus point for advancement. I want to graduate for my masters in MOT within the next two years, which means putting things aside and putting my work before anything else.

- SAS, SATA, NVMe, PCIe, and RAID solutions for storage devices

Entrepreneurial Projects
I am working on my current career climb, I have climed from reliability engineer, to software engineer, to my current management position within the eight years of my career. I am climbing even further up to get a director and VP position for technology management.
