Join the tradition as over 15 sizzling teams battle it out to serve you the best carne asada and discada in town, for the ultimate carne asada competition.  Taste each one, then cast your vote to crown the champion!  But that’s just the beginning.  Prepare for non-stop excitement with thrilling Charreada y Jaripeo (Mexican rodeo and bull riding), stunning Escaramuzas (traditional Mexican horseback riding), vibrant folkloric dance performances, and live music that'll keep you dancing all day long! 🎶💃
