Culture has many definitions. Culture can include company culture and organizational culture. What is your company culture like? Does an organizational culture exist in your business? Culture is one aspect in business and leadership is another aspect. Both are important. Does your business have a leadership style or a business management style? How do you make culture and leadership partners in your business?
Attendees will understand the importance of having a culture and a leadership style. In addition, they will learn how to combine both culture and leadership and create a foundation for both to exist within their business.
