This 16-week, hands-on TEWo Learn by Doing project-based Industry Internship allows participants to apply their knowledge to real-world entrepreneurial challenges in businesses. Through workshops, mentorship, project structure, and collaboration with small businesses, interns build skills in leadership, project management, and innovation—gaining the confidence, network, and experience to lead in dynamic environments.
