Job Description
Position Summary
As part of our Field Lab (Project Based Program), we are looking for an ambitious, self-driven, and high-achieving intern who is passionate about community impact. This role offers hands-on experience working directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, events, marketing campaigns, data analysis, and community engagement projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Honor Student who wants meaningful experience beyond traditional internships.

In a 12-week stakeholder development project, the candidate will undertake tasks similar to the following:
Management & Operations
Assist with project planning and coordination
Support executive leadership with strategic initiatives
Organize meetings, agendas, and project timelines
Help improve operational processes and workflows
Marketing
Create engaging social media content
Assist with email marketing campaigns
Develop promotional materials
Support branding and communications efforts
Data & Research
Collect and organize business and program data
Build spreadsheets and dashboards
Maintain CRM and participant databases
Events
Support planning and execution of workshops, networking events, and conferences
Coordinate volunteers and event logistics
Assist with registration and attendee engagement
Help create post-event reports
Community Engagement
Build relationships with organization stakeholders
Assist with outreach campaigns
Support participant recruitment
Represent the organization at community events
