The panel included District 3 Councilwoman Phyllis Viagran, Representatives of Brooks Connie Gonzalez and Dan Rossiter, Stinson Airport Manager Morris Martin, President and CEO for the South Texas Business Partnerships Rebecca Viagran, Representatives of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Luis Rodriguez and Jeremy Roberts and yours truly, Washington Navarro representing The Entrepreneurial World among other representatives which the office of Representative Henry Cuellar initiated. This initiative is a testament to the forward-thinking vision that our city needs to fuel education, innovation, and economic development.
