Here’s the truth: She didn’t need you to be a productivity coach. She needed you to be human. She needed to feel felt, not fixed.
Attunement isn’t about advice, hacks, or saying “let’s circle back.” It’s about presence. It’s when you actually listen, like with your face, your posture, your energy—not just your ears. It’s when someone knows, “Wow, they really get me.”
